Onboarding Documentation: Getting Started with the LoovPay platform

Welcome! This documentation will guide you through the process of signing up for a merchant account, completing KYC verification, generating a merchant key, and creating a business app.

Step 1: Sign Up (Create an account)

1. Visit the Signup Page: Go to https://app.loov-solutions.com (opens in a new tab).

2. Provide Your Details: Fill in your name, email address, password, and other required information.

3. Confirm Email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation email. Click on the provided link to confirm your email address.

Step 2: Complete KYC Verification

1. Login to Your Account: Once your email is confirmed, log in to your newly created account.

2. Navigate to KYC Section: Go to your account settings and navigate to the KYC (Know Your Customer) section or click the link on the red bar above your home page.

3. Upload Documents: Follow the instructions to upload your identification documents, such as a passport or driver's license, and any other required information.

4. Submit KYC: After uploading the documents, submit your KYC information for review.

5. Verification and Validation: After submiting your KYC information, wait for the verification and validation of your documents.

6. Account Activation: Once KYC process is successful, your merchant account will be activated. We will contact you and sign a contract with you. (NB: We can equally contact you at any point along the line for additional services)

Step 3: Generate Merchant Key

1. Approval Notification: Once your KYC information is reviewed and approved, you'll receive an email notification.

2. Access Merchant Key: Log in to your account (if logged out), navigate to the "Developers page", and find your unique "merchant key".

Step 4: Create a Business App

1. Navigate to App Creation: In your account settings, navigate to the "Manage Apps" section and click on "Create New App".

2. Provide App Details: Fill in your app's name, description, and other required information.

3. Submit App Creation: After providing the details, submit the app creation request.

4. Get App Key: After your business app is created, a unique app key is automatically generated add attached to the app in question. You can the copy this key from the app itself and make appropriate use of it coupled with your unique merchant key.
